Richard Jakeš is a student at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg in Germany, where he is continuing his studies in Classics.
He previously studied at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia, and Masaryk University in Brno, the Czech Republic, where he began his research career on a 15th-century medieval medical manuscript.
During his full-time studies he has participated in numerous courses abroad, including Active Method Latin workshops. Richard is passionate about teaching, aiming not only to capture the attention of his students, but instil in them a love of the Classics.
Richard is deeply engaged in Classics-related activities, is committed to self-improvement, and desires, above all, to make a positive contribution to the world around him.
